What “private dining” means at C&W
C&W does not have a completely enclosed private room. The restaurant has one main event area that can be divided into two semi-private areas. Guests seeking complete exclusivity may inquire about a full-restaurant buyout.
Large-party reservations
Parties of eight or more should call and speak with an events specialist.
Area for up to 50
A semi-private configuration for as many as 50 seated guests.
Area for up to 80
A larger semi-private configuration for as many as 80 seated guests.
Combined or exclusive
Up to 120 seated, more than 150 standing, or a full-restaurant buyout.
Events C&W can host
Corporate dinners, wedding receptions, rehearsal dinners, birthdays, anniversaries, holiday parties, networking events, showers, graduations, fundraisers, celebrations of life, and other gatherings can be considered based on availability, capacity, and setup.
Customized menus
Prix-fixe, buffet, passed appetizers, family-style service, and custom cuisine can be arranged with advance planning.
Customized bar service
Hosted drinks, wine tastings, open-bar service, and tailored beverage arrangements are available.
Dietary needs
Multiple gluten-free and vegetarian choices are available, and our culinary team can discuss additional dietary accommodations.
Event capabilities
A TV and audio are available. Entertainment and outside vendors may be considered for appropriate buyouts with advance approval.
Deposits, minimums, and availability
Events require a deposit and minimum spend. Final requirements depend on the night, guest count, space, menu, and type of event. Full-buyout pricing is date-specific. Contact management for a customized quote rather than relying on a fixed online package.
Free parking: Parking directly in front of C&W can be tight during busy periods. A free garage is available behind the AC Hotel. C&W does not offer valet parking.
