Flexible space for business gatherings
C&W has one main event area that can be divided into two semi-private areas. C&W does not have completely enclosed private rooms. For exclusive use, a full-restaurant buyout may be arranged based on availability.
Semi-private area
Up to 50 seated guests.
Larger semi-private area
Up to 80 seated guests.
Combined event space
Up to 120 seated guests or more than 150 guests for a standing reception.
Full buyout
Exclusive use of the restaurant is available for qualifying events.
Food, drinks, and presentation support
Chef-driven menus
Prix-fixe, buffet, passed-appetizer, family-style, and customized menus can be arranged. Groups over 20 are generally encouraged to consider a prix-fixe menu.
Flexible beverage service
Hosted drinks, wine tastings, open-bar arrangements, and other tailored beverage formats are available. Final arrangements are customized for each event.
Dietary accommodations
Our culinary team can work with dietary restrictions, and the menu includes multiple gluten-free and vegetarian options. Please discuss specific allergy needs with restaurant staff.
TV and audio
A TV and audio capability are available for presentations and event use. Confirm your specific setup needs when planning.
Planning and pricing
Event pricing, deposits, and minimum spends depend on the date, guest count, and requested setup. C&W does not publish fixed corporate-event packages. Restaurant management will prepare a customized quote after learning the details of your event.
Parking: Self-parking is free. Spaces in front of the restaurant can be limited during busy periods, and a free parking garage is located behind the AC Hotel, a short walk from C&W. Valet parking is not offered.
