C&W has one main event area that can be divided into two semi-private areas. There are no completely enclosed private rooms. A full-restaurant buyout may be arranged for exclusive wedding events.
Up to 50 seated
A semi-private configuration for an intimate reception or rehearsal dinner.
Up to 80 seated
A larger semi-private configuration for family and friends.
Combined space
Up to 120 seated guests or more than 150 guests for a standing reception.
Full buyout
Exclusive use of C&W, subject to date and availability.
A celebration built around your guests
Custom food service
Prix-fixe, buffet, passed-appetizer, family-style, and custom menus can be arranged with advance planning.
Flexible beverages
Hosted drinks, specialty wine tastings, open-bar service, and other tailored arrangements are available.
Dietary accommodations
Multiple gluten-free and vegetarian options are available. Discuss allergies and specific dietary needs with restaurant staff.
Entertainment and vendors
Outside photographers may be considered, and C&W can help arrange jazz or a DJ for appropriate full buyouts. All details require advance approval.
Wedding-event planning
Pricing, deposits, minimum spends, menus, and beverage service are customized according to the date, guest count, and requested setup. Contact management for availability and a proposal.
Parking: Self-parking is free, with additional free parking in the garage behind the AC Hotel. C&W does not offer valet parking.
