Birthday options for groups of different sizes
Reservations for fewer than eight guests may be made online. Parties of eight or more should call and speak with an events specialist. Larger celebrations can use one or both semi-private areas, and full-restaurant buyouts may be arranged.

Configurations accommodate up to 50 or 80 seated guests.

Menus for the occasion
Prix-fixe menus are generally encouraged for groups over 20. Buffet, passed-appetizer, family-style, and custom-menu options can also be arranged.
Outside cakes
Guests may bring a birthday cake. A cutting and plating fee applies; ask management for the current amount.
Dietary accommodations
The menu includes multiple gluten-free and vegetarian choices, and the culinary team can discuss additional needs.
Drinks your way
Hosted drinks, wine tastings, open-bar service, and other customized beverage arrangements are available.
Pricing and availability
Events require a deposit and minimum spend. Final requirements depend on the night, number of guests, space, menu, and beverage arrangements. Management will provide a customized quote.
Decorations: Decorations may be considered when a section has been bought out and must be approved in advance. C&W does not offer valet; free self-parking and a free garage behind the AC Hotel are available.
