Information about booking a table at C&W Steakhouse, cancellation policies, and group reservations.

How far in advance should I book?

For weekday dinner, 3-5 days ahead is usually sufficient. For Friday and Saturday, book 2-3 weeks ahead. For holidays (Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, New Year’s Eve) book 6+ weeks ahead.

What is the cancellation policy?

Reservations may be cancelled up to 24 hours in advance with no fee. Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows are subject to a $25 per-person charge for parties of 4+, applied to the credit card on file.

Can I book a private room online?

Private dining for 20-80 guests requires direct coordination. Submit the group reservations form or email [email protected] for room layouts, custom menus, and a dedicated event coordinator.

Do you accept walk-ins?

Yes, the bar accepts walk-ins on a first-come basis. Dining-room walk-ins depend on availability — call ahead or check OpenTable for same-day openings.

Can I request a specific table?

We accommodate seating preferences (booth, window, jazz-side) in the reservation notes when possible. Specific table requests cannot be guaranteed.
