How many guests can C&W accommodate for a private event?
We offer flexible configurations from intimate dinners of 10 guests to full venue buyouts for up to 80. Our team will work with you to create the perfect layout for your group size and event style.
What is the minimum spend for a private event?
Minimum food and beverage requirements vary by day of the week, time, and group size. Contact our events team for a customized quote — we are happy to work within your budget to create an unforgettable experience.
Can I customize the menu for my event?
Absolutely. Our chef creates custom prix fixe menus tailored to your event. Choose from USDA Prime steaks, fresh seafood, seasonal sides, and craft cocktail pairings. We accommodate dietary restrictions and allergies with advance notice.
Do you offer full venue buyouts?
Yes. Full venue buyouts are available for weddings, corporate events, and large celebrations. You will have exclusive use of the entire restaurant, including our 1920s speakeasy bar, dining room, and private areas. Buyouts accommodate up to 80 guests.
Can I add live jazz or entertainment to my event?
Yes — live jazz is one of our signature offerings. We can arrange live musicians, a DJ, or a band for your private event. There is nothing quite like a rehearsal dinner or anniversary celebration with a live jazz soundtrack in our speakeasy setting.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking 4 to 8 weeks in advance for most events. During peak seasons — November through January, Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, and graduation season — we suggest 8 to 12 weeks. The sooner you reach out, the more flexibility we have with dates and configurations.
Do you offer offsite catering?
Yes. Our catering team brings the C&W experience to your location — corporate offices, private homes, outdoor venues, and more. We offer full-service catering with the same USDA Prime quality and attention to detail as our restaurant. Learn more about our catering services.
Is there parking available for events?
Yes — free parking is available in the Ballantyne Village lot directly outside our entrance. For larger events, additional overflow parking is available nearby. No valet required, no parking garage headaches.
